We are a company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 8661498.
Registered address: 260-270 Great Marlings, Butterfield Business Park, Luton LU2 8DL.

2. What Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of personal information when you use our website or contact us:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number and information you provide in an enquiry by email or telephone
- Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system and server access logs
- Usage data, such as pages visited, interactions, time on site and referring website
- Cookie consent choices and related consent records
We do not ask you to provide special category data. We do not use your data for solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
3. How We Collect Your Data
We collect data through direct communications by email or telephone, website hosting logs, and cookies and analytics tools. The current website does not have a contact form.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), managed through Google Site Kit, to understand website use. Site Kit connects our WordPress website to Google services and displays reports. CookieYes provides our cookie banner and manages consent choices. WP Consent API communicates those choices between compatible WordPress plugins; it is not a separate analytics service. See our Cookie Policy for further details.
4. How We Use Your Data
We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following lawful bases:
- To respond to enquiries: our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective and existing customers, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, where applicable
- To operate, secure and maintain the website: our legitimate interests in providing a reliable and secure service
- To understand visitor usage through optional analytics cookies: your consent
- To record and respect consent choices and meet applicable legal obligations: compliance with those obligations
You can refuse optional cookies and withdraw cookie consent through the CookieYes settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your data is stored securely and retained only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including applicable legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it is held. We apply appropriate measures to protect it against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss.
Our hosting, cloud and analytics providers may process personal data outside the UK, including in the EEA or the United States. Where a transfer is subject to UK international-transfer rules, it must be covered by an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, with any required assessment and supplementary measures. The mechanism depends on the provider and destination. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
6. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell or trade your data. We use service providers for website hosting, communications, analytics and consent management, including Google for GA4 and CookieYes for consent management. These providers may receive the information necessary to deliver their services, subject to applicable data protection terms. Google Site Kit and WP Consent API support the website integrations described above.
Information about Google’s processing is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and about CookieYes at https://www.cookieyes.com/privacy-policy/.
7. Your Rights
Subject to the applicable conditions and exemptions under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing or request restriction
- Request data portability where applicable
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): https://ico.org.uk/

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with revised effective and last-updated dates.
